From LyricWiki

Jump to: navigation, search

This song is performed by Ali Project and appears on the single

The Japanese title of this song is 水月鏡花. This is read as suigetsu kyouka and means the moon reflected on the water's surface and flowers reflected on a mirror (a metaphor for something visible yet intangible).

Kanji

Translation

distant memories
are drawn on the water's surface
on the jade waves they float

into the unreached depths
my body
sags and sinks and sways and falls

the dreams i saw before i was born
swam to a place
where there was nothing
and yet it brimmed with everything
was it a shore woven by light?

will those warm eyelids open
or are they only there
to stay closed

the dreams i saw before i was born
arrived at a time
where the curtains of gloom
were gently drawn apart
was it the day
i met you?

before i am born and even after i die
dreams will continue
embracing that unforgettable
voice and smile
i will rise in the ring of eternity
