One of the best "epic" rock songs (after Bohemian Rhapsody, of course), and easily the best song to come from Radiohead.
Never before (as far as I know) has a song been created that is such a fine blend of classical, opera and rock. Superb whistle register vocals mixed with a fine percussion part melody, and a guitar piece reminiscent of Ludvig van Beethoven's "Moonlight Sonata", All together mixed into a passionate masterpiece that together with the fitting lyrics, conveys the sharp emotion of the song.
Pretty good song, it talks about a Christian who's losing his way. But, he understands that he needs God to help him through it all. It reminds me of back when I was searching for truth, when I had known it all along. It reminds me why I made my commitment to Christ.
Great song. If you're tripping like the guy in this song remember to bring a pen.
We all need one Belle & Sebastian's song in our life, right? (Toda tuya, claro.)
Sweeter than wine, softer than the summer night? Very romantic tune, yet with an uplifting tempo. A must-listen for anyone who likes oldies and loooves to be in love...
Everyone's talking but no-one's listening...
A look at the problems of the world and how very stupid the causes of most of them are.
Very moving imagery.
It's one of my mother's favorite songs of all time. Plus it's über-romantic.
One of my favourite songs. Makes you think, and quite catchy to boot.
Just a great song overall, has some great lyrics. Not to mention it's Tom Delonge. ;]
Having a hard time filling your father's shoes? Try being Bob Dylan's son!
Frank Zappa is a musical fusion god and every one should know his name.
Tommy James' break from bubblegum. Great music. Great lyrics. Great hook. This song should be the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame's anthem.
Unforgettable rhythm, awesome energy.
Everyone has felt like this, absolutely everyone. A beautiful song that manages to avoid so many cliches.
(We all need one Belle & Sebastian's song in our life, right? Toda tuya, claro.)
This is a cover of The Police's 'Walking on the moon and it's an even creepier version of the original, in spanish, with a mix of hip hop and mexican sounds, but still strikingly similar to the original.
This has to be one of the best songs by "The greatest artist of the 20th century" as stated by Rolling Stone Magazine
Una Canci?n De lo m?s Bonita. The Most Beatifull Song
Rarely does a song capture emotion in both lyric and instrument. Broken Social Scene manages just that, craving an epic anthem of the dreams of the masses into our lives.
Is the best song I ever hear
(A poet tells the truth about life ... with hope)
It's a very catchy tune, and beautifully sung by the amazing, unmistakeable Gwen Stefani.
My favorite song by a relatively unknown band.
