This song is the first part of Wings For Marie. The second and last part is called 10,000 Days (Wings Part 2).
Judith Marie Keenan is the mother of Tool's vocalist, Maynard James Keenan. She suffered paralysis after a stroke for 27 years, or approximately 10,000 days, until her death.
With A Perfect Circle, he sings a song called Judith.
In the song Jimmy, he also sings about his mother.
