Style
The site needs better lyric formatting, and for style standards to be defined.

Song of the day process
I don't know if LyricWiki yet has the population to support this, but it would be nice to have a more rigorous nomination process for SOTD. It should be more than an individual choice, rather a nomination process where others may comment and vote on a songs suitability. This process should also involve the writing of a more substantial Reason, than the current one liners. Perhaps a well written explanation of the artists motives for writing the song, or a song with strong relevance to current world events. Possibly even an individuals personal meaning, and how it came about, if the story is of sufficient quality.
It seems LoganK has some ideas for community building via voting for SOTD.

Profanities
A template should be made and attached to any pages containing profanities, adult themes, or that is likely to cause offence. The artists original lyrics should be preserved, but readers should be informed of any questionable content before they read it.
This also raises the question, how should radio edits of songs with strong language be handled, should both words be included, eg. F***/Back off? or only one included, with a footnote?
