Welcome to the site. I like your suggestions, keep up the good work :) Here is the link to the standard format that I promised on ÜberBot's talk page: LyricWiki:Formatting Songs.
After building some lists of potential song-covers, I think ÜberBot will have to go back and do text-analysis to make some more accurate guesses because the list is rather long right now (although it is possible there are just quite a lot of covers).
